Red Wine

Ses Roques red wine.
The red wine is made in small concrete tanks in perfect sanitary conditions, at a temperature controlled by cold, with gentle macerations of between 20 and 40 days, depending on the type of grape.

Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the skins are pressed very gently (at 1.5 Atmospheres) for a short period of time, so the yields are always low in order to obtain wines that are smooth on the palate.

Ageing usually lasts from 6 to 9 months in 500 litre French oak barrels.

Once the wine has been aged, it is bottled.
